This Tallahassee re roof project began as a problematic 5v-crimp metal roof.  On going roof leaks lead to the owners decision into installing an architectural shingle roof system.  Once the roof removal began, it was clear the original installers did not do a proper install.  As a result, we found rotten decking throughout.
